ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN MELBOURNE
These Terms and Conditions are between the participant and Ansell Limited and any of its related corporations or affiliates (Ansell).
Information on how to enter and prize information form part of these terms and conditions (Conditions of Entry).
Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
The participant is responsible for understanding and being familiar with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation.
Entry is open to Australian residents only aged 17 years and over. Employees of Ansell, its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
To be eligible to enter, participants must have an Instagram account.
To enter the promotion, participants must upload their photos taken from St. Kilda Festival in Melbourne on February 11-14, 2016, with the theme of “FEEL EVERYTHING” (Theme) to Instagram and made the photos public for viewing. Any personal information that a participant submits will be protected by Ansell’s secure server.
The promotion commences at 14.00pm EST on 11 February 2016 and closes at 23.00pm EST on 14 December 2016. (Promotion Period).
Participants may enter the promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period.
Participants may only enter the promotion in their own name and from their Instagram accounts.
Any costs associated with accessing the website are the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Entries are not valid unless they are provided in a post on the Instagram page. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid and will not be eligible to win. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which infringe any law or third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
Ansell is not responsible for any technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the promotion.
Except for any liability which by law cannot be excluded, Ansell shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with this promotion. By entering this promotion, participants agree not to bring any claim or proceed against Ansell for any damage, loss, injury or liability they may suffer in connection with this promotion.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Ansell, Ansell reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any participant; and/or (b) subject to any written discretions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
By entering this promotion, you consent to Ansell contacting you for promotion and marketing purposes.
WINNER DETERMINATION & VERIFICATION
Participants will be judged on creativity, originality and relevance to the Theme. Judging will be conducted by the marketing team of Ansell and/or its appointed agency on 15 February 2016.
Ansell will notify the winners via comment on the winning post within 24 hours of judging with instructions to contact Ansell or its appointed agent via email
If the winner fails to contact Ansell or its appointed agency via email before 22 February 2016, the entry will be deemed invalid and a new winner will be contacted via Instagram posting.
Ansell has the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Ansell.
There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize comprises the following elements:
Dinner for two (2) people at Mesa Verde restaurant in Melbourne valued up to AUD 250.00 including GST.
Two (2) tickets to the Rooftop cinema in Melbourne valued up to AUD 50.00 including GST
Prize is redeemable during the months of February and March of 2016 (Prize Collection Period). If the prize fails to be redeemed by the winner/s during the Prize Collection Period, Ansell assumes no responsibility.
Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
Total prize pool is $300 including GST.
All prize winners will be notified by their Instagram account (as outlined in clause 18) and their details will be published on the Ansell Website (www.ansellcondoms.com).
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be taken into consideration.
Ansell is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. Ansell assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
Any costs associated with accessing the Website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly during the registration process shall be deemed invalid.
Entry details remain the property of Ansell. The name of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by Ansell, unless a winner otherwise notifies Ansell at the time of accepting the prizes.
Except for any liability which by law cannot be excluded, Ansell shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or in connection with this promotion, including as a result of entering this promotion, accepting and/or using the prizes. By entering this promotion, participants agree not to bring any claim or proceed against Ansell for any damage, loss, injury or liability they may suffer in connection with this promotion or otherwise connected with accepting the prize.
Ansell collects participant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, each participant agrees that Ansell may use this information in accordance with Ansell’s Privacy Statement which can be found at http://www.ansellcondoms.com.au/privacy.asp.
Each participant consents to their personal information being entered into a database, and each participant also agrees that Ansell may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant, including sending the participant electronic messages.
